Publication on this website is not consent to copy. You may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, display, frame, or create derivative works from our content — including use in a portfolio, a competing pitch, print, film, or machine-learning training — without a written licence signed by Artwork Kenya Limited.

If you want to use a photograph

Write to hello@artwork-kenya.co.ke with the URL, the intended use, territory, and duration. We may license some images; we may refuse. Until we agree in writing, you have no right to use the work.

Infringement

Using our work without consent is infringement. We may seek an injunction, damages, an account of profits, delivery up of copies, and costs, in Kenya or any other court that has jurisdiction. We may also issue take-down notices to hosts, search engines, and platforms.

Inspecting a page in your browser, or saving a file from it, does not make you an owner and does not defeat this notice.

Report misuse

If you see our images or copy used without credit or permission, email hello@artwork-kenya.co.ke with the URL. If you believe your own copyright was published here in error, write to the same address with proof of ownership.
