Site safety
Artwork Kenya Limited does not sell advertising on this website and does not allow other people to place ads, pop-ups, or tracking banners here. Clients, students, and visitors should treat anything that looks like an ad on artwork-kenya.co.ke as a warning, not as part of our work.
The official site
- The only public website is https://artwork-kenya.co.ke — check the padlock and the exact spelling before you send a message or money.
- Staff sign in only at /admin. We never ask a client or student for that password.
- We only write from addresses at @artwork-kenya.co.ke (including hello@artwork-kenya.co.ke). We do not ask you to install software, “enable ads”, or paste a script into Inspect / Developer Tools.
If you see ads, pop-ups, or a changed page
A visitor using Inspect (Ctrl+Shift+I) can change how the page looks on their own screen only. That does not change our live site. Injected ads usually come from somewhere else:
- a fake copy of our site (wrong URL, extra words, or http without the padlock)
- a compromised phone or computer (malware, a shady “cleaner”, or a browser extension that injects ads)
- an open Wi-Fi network or hijacked DNS that rewrites pages in transit
If that happens: close the tab, do not click the ad, do not enter card details, and contact us at hello@artwork-kenya.co.ke or +254 722 271 324. Tell us the URL in your address bar. We will confirm whether you were on the real site.
What we do on our side
- The live site is static files on Firebase Hosting. Visitors cannot publish edits from the browser.
- A Content Security Policy blocks unknown scripts, ad networks, and unexpected frames. Only our files, Firebase, optional consented analytics, and the school map embed are allowed to load.
- Forms accept plain text. HTML, scripts, and iframes in a message are treated as text (or rejected) — they cannot run on this site or in our notification emails.
- Published projects can be read by anyone; only a signed-in administrator can create or change them.
- We keep security logs and will report unauthorised access under the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act, 2018.
We cannot disable Inspect on your device, and we cannot clean malware on your phone. We can keep our servers locked and tell you clearly when something is not us.
Payments and drawings
Design fees, school fees, and file transfers are agreed in writing with Artwork Kenya. We do not collect card numbers in a pop-up on this site. If someone claiming to be us sends a payment link that is not from @artwork-kenya.co.ke, call the Nairobi or Eldoret number on Contact before you pay.
