Terms of use

These terms govern use of artwork-kenya.co.ke, including Artwork School of Design pages. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site

Artwork Kenya Limited publishes this site to show interior architecture and school programmes. Project photographs, drawings, copy, marks, and layout are our intellectual property or used with permission. Viewing a page is a limited, revocable licence to look at it in a web browser. It is not a licence to copy, scrape, republish, train a model on, or reuse any asset.

What you must not do

• Copy, download in bulk, scrape, or republish our photographs, drawings, 3D views, or text without a written licence from us.
• Remove copyright notices or pretend the work is yours.
• Attempt to reach /admin, other people’s accounts, Firestore, or Storage except as a signed-in authorised administrator.
• Probe, overload, or interfere with the service (including credential stuffing, injection, or denial of service).
• Inject advertising, malware, overlays, or third-party scripts into this site or into copies of it.
• Use automated tools to harvest content or personal data.

Unauthorised access to a computer system is an offence under the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act, 2018. We keep logs, will report incidents, and will cooperate with the police and ODPC where the law requires.

Browser tools (Inspect, View Source)

Your browser may let you inspect HTML, CSS, or images on your own device. That does not edit Artwork Kenya’s website, does not publish a change, and does not give you rights in our work. Saving or reusing files obtained that way without a licence is still copyright infringement. We do not — and cannot honestly — disable Inspect; doing so would also break accessibility. Protection is legal, contractual, and server-side (who is allowed to write data), not a lock on your copy of the page.

Advertising

This website does not carry third-party ads. We never ask you to “enable ads”, install a browser extension, or paste code into Inspect. If you see banners or pop-ups while using artwork-kenya.co.ke, treat it as a fake copy of the site or malware on the device — read Site safety and contact us before you click or pay.

Enquiries and school forms

Messages you send must be accurate and lawful. We may refuse work or an application. Sending a form does not create a design contract until we agree terms in writing.

Liability

The site is provided as published. We take care with facts and images; we do not warrant that every page is error-free or available without interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Kenyan law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Courts of Kenya have jurisdiction, without limiting any statutory right you have as a consumer or data subject.
